- Focus on the things you can do. Others are even easier: stay out of the hot tub and off your mountain bike for a few months to give your boys a breather. Adopting a few of these habits can make a big difference. For me, I just focused on reducing my BMI from “overweight” to “normal”, and my sperm count nearly doubled.
