Trak Refill Kit (2-Pack)

I ordered TWO Trak Refill Kit (2-Pack) products and was charged for TWO kits, however I only received ONE pack. Just wanting my money back now.

This system was easy to set up and the guide was very helpful , although my husband did not get the results we were anticipating we know this can be improved!

Honestly, my partner and I aren't sure if we used the test correctly. It would be helpful to have a control to test before running the test for the first time. The test is pretty high tech and we aren't lab technicians by trade. Also, I understand that the majority of your users identify as men, but by no means do all of them. Maybe have an option to receive a gender neutral text. That would be appreciated by your users who aren't male but still have semen to test.

The Trak testing was convenient for us because it’s an easy to use home test specially for us because we live out in the woods and far from a major city. The instructions were easy to follow and the results were easy to read and fast. Thank you for making a product for people like us.
